Shipping policy

Standard courier: R95 flat rate.

Free standard shipping on orders over R750.

Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Main centres: 2 – 4 business days after dispatch.

Outlying and rural areas: 3 – 6 business days after dispatch.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

We deliver to physical street addresses only, not PO boxes. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel. Incorrect address details may result in a re-delivery fee.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact glowstudiosa1@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate with the courier.
