An order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or payment cannot be verified, and will refund you in full.

All prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.

We make every effort to display colours, packaging and ingredient details accurately. Manufacturers may update formulations or packaging without notice; always read the label supplied with your product.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Consult a medical professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition.

Our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, and privacy policy form part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to GlowStudio SA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
